Open source code is typically created as a collaborative effort in which programmers improve upon the code and share the changes within the community. Open source sprouted in the technological community as a response to proprietary software owned by corporations. About the Speaker – Mr. SOK Sophea is a software translator and he used to be computer trainer for women program also for Rainbow and Kawasaki school. He is graduated from Royal University of Phnom Penh in the field of Computer Science and Engineering (2004).
